Hi, I’m Polina! As the Admin and Customer Care Specialist at Taxeezy, my role is all about ensuring smooth operations and delivering top-notch support to both our clients and internal teams. With extensive experience in administration, I manage the daily operations to keep everything running efficiently and help resolve any issues that may arise.

Some of my key responsibilities include managing all WhatsApp customer inquiries, coordinating with our tax managers, addressing website-related issues, and supporting clients during the initial application stages. I also report on social media campaigns and results, working closely with our social media team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

With strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving, I’m dedicated to managing multiple tasks efficiently. I’m also in charge of recruitment at Taxeezy, ensuring we have the best talent to support our mission. I’m here to make sure your experience with Taxeezy is seamless and positive!

Outside of Work

Outside of work, I’m a health-conscious individual with a passion for fitness. I love training every day, and if I’m not at work, you’ll likely find me at the gym, pushing myself to stay in top shape.
